These are design prototypes, not real appointed professionals. Production profiles should expose current credential evidence, service area, scope, limitations and last verification date.
Marketing/selling/letting for reward is regulated. Partner routes should use compliant Zimbabwe estate-agent structures.
Ownership passes through deeds-registry processes and registered legal/conveyancing work — never by a Kumusha button.
Plot release must not imply a lawful subdivision without the relevant permit and survey/general-plan evidence.
Design concepts stay concepts until the relevant planning and council approvals exist.
SI 215 of 2025 lists estate agencies as exclusively for Zimbabweans except international brands. Kumusha’s operating model must therefore be reviewed against the actual ownership, service and fee structure before it holds itself out as an estate agency.
Production onboarding should verify the person/entity, professional standing where applicable, role scope, service area and evidence standards before work is allocated.
